The Directors of the Foundation serve three-year overlapping terms. The work of the Board of Directors is to further the purposes of the organization and to govern the organization, acknowledging that it is engaged in a spiritual endeavor to be guided generally by the Unitarian Universalist Association Principles and Purposes.

The Directors work collaboratively and through consensus wherever possible. We seek diversity in Board membership and do not discriminate, nor allow discrimination in the organization, on the basis of race, culture, age, gender, or sexual orientation.
