The site is completely fenced with a solar-powered entry gate. The available buildings consist of two cottages plus a storage barn, a sheep shearers' shed, and a 3100 square foot meetinghouse. One of the cottages is straw bale construction. There is a 35' diameter circular limestone rock pool with a deck, two labyrinths, and a fire circle.  The water is straight out of the Edwards Aquifer from a 300' well powered by a windmill and an electric pump.  There two bedrooms in the Meeting House and the two cabins, each of which accommodates about 10-12 people, for a total of 48 beds. There are four total showers and each housing unit has sitting room, porch and decks, and kitchen facilities ranging from the commercial kitchen to kitchenettes.  There are ping pong, foos ball, bocci, horseshoes, a treehouse, rope swing, hiking trails, a campfire ring, two labyrinths, a card table, puzzles, games, piano, guitar and telescopes.
